1. Who this app is for
This is an internal tool for the staff and committee of Wat Dhammatthear Cheungkuon, used to record donations, view the festival calendar, and manage pagoda records. It requires an account issued by the pagoda; there is no public sign-up.
2. Data controller
Wat Dhammatthear Cheungkuon owns all records. Technical maintenance is performed on the pagoda's behalf. Data questions go to the contact in section 8.
3. What the app handles

The app does not collect location, and does not access contacts, photos, or the microphone. The only Android permissions it declares are internet and network-state access.
4. What is stored on the phone
- Sign-in token — held in the Android keystore.
- Cached data — a copy of the dashboard and festival calendar so the app works without a connection.
- Send queue — donations recorded but not yet sent, kept until delivery succeeds.
The cache is cleared on sign-out. The send queue is deliberately not, because it represents money that was actually collected.
5. Sharing
No data is sold, rented, or shared with third parties. The app contains no advertising, no analytics, and no tracking libraries. Data travels only to the pagoda's own server, over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.
6. Retention
Pagoda records are permanent historical documents. Voided records are retained and marked as voided rather than erased, so the accounting record stays auditable.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting the pagoda. Financial records may be retained where accounting obligations require it, notwithstanding a deletion request.
